Becoming an active snowmobile club member means surrounding yourself with like-minded people who share your passion for snowmobiling.

We have two easy ways for you to join. You can join by completing the online form and using a credit card to complete your payment, or you can download Tombstone Pickerel Member Registration form and send along with a check made out to "Tombstone Pickerel Snowmobile Club, Inc". Annual Single club membership is $30.00, Family Memberships are $40 and consist of head of household, spouse, and all children under the age of 19 residing at the same address.

By joining the Tombstone Pickerel Snowmobile Club, you also become a member of AWSC (Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs). AWSC is the snowmobiler's voice and represents you at local, state and national levels on issues that affect snowmobiling. Without the watchful eye of the AWSC, Wisconsin would not have a network of 25,000 miles of snowmobile trail which is ranked in the top three trail systems in the nation.

Wisconsin Trail Pass

Wisconsin law requires those who use Wisconsin snowmobile trails to display either Wisconsin registration or a snowmobile trail pass. Funds from this program will be designated for use as trail aids and related costs to enhance all Wisconsin snowmobile recreation.

Wisconsin residents can register their snowmobile online at: http://dnr.wi.gov/Permits/wivrs.html

A non-resident snowmobile trail pass is required to operate a snowmobile not currently registered in Wisconsin on a snowmobile trail.

Each sled operating in WI is required to display a Wisconsin trail pass to be purchased annually. Club members may purchase discounted trail passes from the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC).

Trail passes may be ordered one of four ways:

  1. Order Passes Online
  2. Call (608) 846-5530
  3. Walk-in to the AWSC office
  4. Mail your order form to the AWSC office:
529 Trail Side Dr, Ste 200
    DeForest, WI 53532

Reminder you will need your sled registration info and your Member ID to complete the transaction.

Please Note:

  1. You will need your sled registration and Member ID to complete your purchase of discounted trail pass.
  2. Only sleds registered in WI can receive the discounted trail pass.
  3. Non-club members may order their trail passes directly from the Wisconsin DNR website or any DNR office.
